We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Artist with experience preparing print-ready artwork for apparel, licensed merchandise, and consumer products.
This is not a traditional graphic design role. We're specifically looking for someone who understands production workflows, technical layouts, file preparation, and the requirements needed to take artwork from concept to manufacturing.
Responsibilities
~1 min read• Prepare production-ready artwork for apparel and licensed merchandise.
• Create and maintain organized Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop files.
• Develop technical layouts, print specifications, and artwork packages for production.
• Ensure files meet print requirements, including color separations, bleed, placement specifications, and production standards.
• Work closely with design and production teams to execute revisions and maintain brand consistency.
• Follow style guides and approval requirements for licensed products.
• Support screen printing, DTG, embroidery, and other apparel decoration methods.
• Experience as a Production Artist, Apparel Graphic Artist, Technical Designer, or similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of print production workflows and file preparation.

• Ability to work from feedback, markups, and style guides.
