Technical Production Artist

2+ years of experience in production artwork, pre-press, or graphic design within a high-volume production environment.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred (not required with equivalent experience).

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop required; InDesign or other programs a plus).

Hands-on experience preparing artwork for screen printing, dye sublimation, embroidery, and/or engraving.

Familiarity with color management, file resolution standards, and vector vs. raster workflows.

Understanding of production processes (screen printing setups, embroidery digitizing requirements, etc.).

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Clear and proactive communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.

Experience with RIP software, embroidery digitizing, or laser engraving setup.

Exposure to project management systems (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).

Knowledge of Pantone Matching System (PMS) and color calibration.

Previous experience in promotional products, apparel decoration, or manufacturing environments.
