Senior React Developer

Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Senior React Developer with 6–10 years of experience in designing and developing scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js, modern JavaScript frameworks, state management, API integration, and front-end best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build responsive, user-friendly applications while ensuring code quality and performance. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js. Build reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components. Integrate RESTful APIs and collaborate with back-end developers. Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following coding standards. Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting. Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical discussions. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA teams, and product owners to deliver high-quality solutions. Stay updated with the latest React ecosystem, front-end technologies, and best practices. Required Skills 6–10 years of experience in front-end development. Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or Redux Toolkit. Hands-on experience with REST APIs and asynchronous programming. Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Next.js or similar React frameworks. Knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and DevOps practices. Understanding of UI/UX principles and web accessibility standards.
