Own the outcome. As a Contract Performance Manager, you are the single point of contact responsible for the technical and operational success of our customer’s power generation assets and the financial performance of the contract. This role bridges the gaps between outage planning & execution, technical leadership, contract management, commercial strategy, and customer satisfaction; with the north star being safe, predictable and reliable operation of our customer’s assets. This role will grow your operational, technical, commercial and customer service skills.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and at least 5 years of experience in the power generation industry; or an associate’s degree from an accredited university or college with 7 years of experience in a power generation industry or a high school diploma/GED with at least 9 years of experience in the power generation industry.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $119,600.00 and $199,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
