Who are we looking for?
We're looking for IS Technicians and a Service Request Management Analysts to join our IS Service Delivery Team. This role will provide end user support and customer service for clients within and across zones on company supported computer applications and platforms
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Provide technical support for Server, Workstations and through remote assistance
- Assist users with application and operating system problems and resolve their computing requirements in a timely manner
- Accurately log all client requests in the Service Desk ticketing system
- In line with SLA’s, diagnose and resolve client issues related to hardware, telephone, printers, software etc. including upgrades
Escalate and coordinate reported incidents to other relevant internal IS department (i.e. Systems, Network, Software, Security, etc.) providing appropriate background information.
Proactively work with the team to identify improvements to existing processes or new processes the team can standardize
- Be an active member of a supportive and customer service oriented team queue for service requests and account-related issues within their allocated shift
- Awareness of cultural differences in teams and clients
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree holder (Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent)
Customer service background/experience is an advantage but not required
- Fresh graduate of computer-related courses are welcome to apply
- Willingness to work flexible work hours
Work schedule: 40 hours/week / shifting schedule
This job offer can be based in Makati, Quezon City or Cebu City.
