• Lead innovative electrical design for diverse building projects that make a real difference in Northern Australia's communities.
• Collaborate with passionate colleagues and clients to deliver sustainable, future-ready solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and client liaison, acting as a trusted advisor and preparing proposals, reports, and cost estimates.
• Drive project success from concept to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and inspire junior engineers, helping shape the next generation of technical leaders.

• →At least 6 years' + experience as an Electrical Engineer in the Building Services environment, and ideally with a consultancy background.
• →Be a Registered Professional Engineer in Queensland (RPEQ) or have a mutually recognised registration e.g. (CPEng, RPEV).
• →Deep knowledge of electrical standards, codes, regulations, and renewable energy solutions, with proficiency in industry software (AutoCAD, Revit, PowerCAD, AGi32/DIALux, Microsoft Office).
• →Expertise in technical report writing, fee proposals, cost reporting, and stakeholder liaison, including local authorities and utilities.
• →Strong communication and technical leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
• →Outstanding client service skills, with a genuine enthusiasm for building relationships and driving business growth by delivering exceptional support and solutions to our clients.
