• Designing reinforced concrete, steel, timber, pre-cast concrete and masonry structures (incl. buildings, bridges, sewage treatment plants and schools to name a few).
• Working on small to medium-scale commercial, residential and industrial projects including civil infrastructure projects.
• Mentoring and inspiring junior engineers, helping shape the next generation of technical leaders.
• Providing technical leadership and client liaison, acting as a trusted advisor and preparing proposals, reports, and cost estimates.
• Cultivating strong client relationships by facilitating meetings, conducting site visits, and leading collaborative discussions to ensure project alignment and success.
• Collaborating with passionate colleagues and clients to deliver sustainable, future-ready solutions.

• →7+ years experience as a Structural Engineer in the Building Services environment, ideally from a consultancy background. 
• →There is a requirement for Defence clearance, or the ability to obtain which would require Australian Citizenship. Experience working on defence projects would be highly regarded.
• →Engineering Degree (Structural).
• →Hold accreditation as a structural engineer in the Northern Territory or be able to obtain accreditation if successful.
• →Demonstrate a proactive, client-centric approach, actively contributing to business growth by identifying opportunities with both new and existing clients.
• →Exhibit robust project management capabilities, confidently serving as the technical lead across diverse projects.
• →Good understanding of relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• →Strong desire to mentor others and the experience required to offer technical leadership.
