We achieve this with EHS Connected Worker technologies, integrating AI, AR, and IoT, providing visibility, and optimization tools, and offering reassurance throughout the work lifecycle: before, during, and after work execution. Glartek’s mobile-first, scalable platform supports leading companies in Safety (e.g., risk management and control of work), Quality (e.g., audits and inspections), and Learning and Development (e.g., skills and training management), as well as Sustainability and real-time Communication & Collaboration. Our customer base includes large asset-intensive organizations like Veolia and Finerge, and global manufacturers such as Lactalis, Daimler and International Paper.
We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead the existing team and scale our global presence. You won’t just manage a brand; you will build a revenue engine that connects our cutting-edge tech to the world’s most complex industrial challenges.
As the leader of our marketing function, you will own the entire journey from "Who is Glartek?" to "I need Glartek." You will bridge the gap between product innovation and sales execution, ensuring our story is told where our customers spend their time.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the growth of the company, reporting directly to the CEO, managing a fantastic team of marketing specialists and working in close collaboration with the sales and product teams. This intense and demanding role will require you to lead all marketing activities, from the definition of the strategy plan, all the way down to field implementation. You will contribute to direct and channel-based fast-paced and large international opportunities, with complex sales processes and multiple stakeholders. You will be accountable but, above all, empowered to shape the future of Glartek and your own career path.
- Strategy & Growth: Define positioning and global Go-to-Market strategy for direct and partner channels.
- Product Marketing: Translate complex features into simple, value-driven stories that resonate with EHS leaders.
- Content Ownership: Oversee offline and digital content and calendar that prioritizes lead generating and moves prospects through the funnel.
- Demand Generation: Own the pipeline. Lead SEO, SEM, outbound campaigns and social strategies to drive high-quality leads.
- Sales Enablement: Empower our sales team with tools and processes needed to win complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Partner Enablement: Create "Marketing-in-a-Box" kits for partners (distributors/consultants) to ensure they can market Glartek as effectively as our internal team.
- Competitive Intelligence: Build "battlecards" for the sales team that highlight Glartek’s unique advantages against specific competitors.
- Events & Market Intelligence: Lead the strategy for own events and trade shows, webinars, and customer events, ensuring clear lead-capture and sales follow-up.
- Analyst & PR Relations: Position Glartek as a EHS "Category Leader" with industry media and analysts like Verdantix.
- Brand Governance: Act as the guardian of the Glartek brand and corporate identity, ensuring a consistent voice and visual identity across internal and external materials.
- Internal Communication: Establish an internal communication framework so every employee - from Engineering to Sales - understands our mission and can act as a brand ambassador.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and grow a team of marketing specialists, fostering a culture of experimentation and data.
Requirements
~1 min read- 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or Industrial Tech marketing.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing Marketing teams in dynamic, growth-oriented environments;
- Understanding of the EHS market landscape and customer pain points;
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Highly motivated, resilient, adaptable, creative, and, amongst all, results-driven person;
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor;
- Strong listening, presentation and sales skills;
- Persuasive and goal-oriented person;
- Excellent leadership and negotiation skills;
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or equivalent is a plus;
- Fluent in Portuguese & English. Fluent in another European language is a plus;
- Available to travel: 5 to 10% of the time
