Role Purpose
The FP&A Manager – Supply Chain is responsible for leading the financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management agenda for the Supply Chain function. The role partners closely with Supply Chain leadership, Operations, Procurement, Control, Commercial Finance, and FP&A teams to provide accurate financial analysis, clear business insights, and timely visibility of risks and opportunities. This role translates supply chain financial results into practical actions that support cost discipline, productivity delivery, investment governance, and strong business decision-making.
Key Accountabilities
- →Lead the Supply Chain planning and forecasting cycles, including AOP, monthly forecast, rolling forecast, latest estimate, and periodic performance reviews, ensuring timely and accurate submissions aligned with finance timelines and business priorities.
- →Analyze actual results versus plan, forecast, and prior year across supply chain cost lines, identifying key drivers, variances, risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
- →Partner with Supply Chain teams to track manufacturing, agro, logistics, warehousing, productivity, cost optimization, and operational efficiency performance.
- →Prepare high-quality management reporting packages, dashboards, and leadership updates that clearly explain Supply Chain financial performance and required actions.
- →Support productivity and cost transformation initiatives by validating assumptions, tracking delivery, quantifying financial impact, and highlighting gaps or opportunities.
- →Partner with project owners and cross-functional teams on CAPEX planning, business cases, phasing, spend tracking, and financial governance where relevant.
- →Build and maintain financial models, scenario analysis, and business cases to support decision-making, resource allocation, investment evaluation, and performance improvement initiatives.
- →Ensure strong financial governance, data integrity, documentation, and compliance with PepsiCo finance policies, controls, and reporting requirements.
- →Collaborate with Control, Procurement, Commercial Finance, Operations, and regional or sector Finance teams to validate inputs, align assumptions, and resolve performance or reporting issues.
- →Identify simplification, automation, and continuous improvement opportunities across planning, reporting, and analysis routines to improve speed, accuracy, and decision quality.
- →Support ad-hoc analysis and leadership requests, translating financial data into clear insights and practical recommendations.
- →Coach and guide analysts or junior team members where applicable, supporting capability building, quality review, and delivery of team priorities.
Requirements
~2 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; CMA, CPA, ACCA, MBA, or equivalent finance qualification is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant finance experience in FP&A, supply chain finance, manufacturing finance, control, reporting, cost management, productivity tracking, or business planning, preferably within FMCG or a multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of P&L, COGS, manufacturing costs, logistics costs, productivity, forecasting, AOP, variance analysis, financial modeling, and performance management.
- Experience partnering with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Control, Commercial Finance, and senior stakeholders to support business decisions.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP, HFM, Mosaic, Power BI, or related planning and reporting tools is an advantage.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic is required.
