Join PepsiCo's Route Planning team and contribute to business growth and operational efficiency by designing and optimizing delivery routes.

In this role, you will translate business requests into route engineering solutions using Territory Planner, ensuring alignment with operational needs, service commitments, and established planning standards.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, monitor implementation results, and refine solutions based on field performance. This is an opportunity to combine analytical thinking, technology, and business understanding to improve distribution operations.

As a Route Engineering Analyst, you will:

• Develop and execute route engineering solutions using Territory Planner, based on business requirements.
• Apply established Route Engineering standards and processes to ensure consistent and accurate route designs.
• Collaborate with Route Planning Coordinators and Field Strategy Managers to clarify requirements and align on proposed solutions.
• Review field performance feedback and adjust route designs when needed to improve operational results.
• Track project delivery, monitor service-level commitments (SLAs), and prepare performance reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within Strategic Routing, contributing to process optimization and implementation.
• Collaborate with other Route Engineers to address technical requirements and share best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in data analysis, operations, logistics, route planning, or process improvement is desirable.

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work with data, databases, and analytical tools.
• Experience with Territory Planner or similar route planning software is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and meet established deadlines.
• Professional English proficiency.
