Requirements

- Previous experience in supply chain management
- Experience in people leadership, including managing cross-functional teams.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- 4 years of experience working with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Experience in executive communications, including preparing and delivering high-level briefings.

As a Principal Specialist in Supply Chain Management, you will play a critical role in supporting the Tomahawk program by managing supply chain operations, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring the seamless flow of materials. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our production contracts and help maintain relationships with suppliers.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Oversee day-to-day supply chain operations, including tracking and reporting on material status and metrics.
- →Act as a coordinator between Material Program Management (MPM) teams and multiple factories to ensure alignment on program needs.
- →Serve as a supplier-facing representative for a specific material portfolio, managing supplier relationships and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
- →Provide executive-level briefings and updates on supply chain data to support Tomahawk production contracts.
- →Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering, program operations, and production control, to address program requirements.
- →Develop and implement material strategies to support multi-year production plans.
- →Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while driving improvements in supplier performance.
- →Represent the program during supplier engagements, including reviews, technical meetings, and readiness assessments.
