Your Role: 

Position: Head of New York 

The Head of New York will lead the Company's business especially the user ecosystem across the entire U.S. Northeast region, while also overseeing the regional management operation based in the New York office. This role serves as the senior representative of FF in the Northeast market, driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence across both business and functional lines. The ideal candidate is a strategic yet hands-on leader with deep regional market knowledge, strong cross-functional management capabilities, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

· Regional Sales & Business Development: Lead the development and execution of sales strategies across the U.S. Northeast region. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build a robust pipeline, and drive revenue growth for FF's robotics and related product lines. 

· P&L Ownership: Own the regional P&L for the Northeast region, including revenue targets, cost management, and resource allocation. Ensure financial performance aligns with Company objectives. 

· Key Account & Partner Management: Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, channel partners, and industry 

stakeholders across the Northeast. Negotiate and close strategic deals that support long-term business growth. 

· New York Office Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the New York office, including functional teams (e.g., GA & BD, Capital Market, administration, etc). Ensure cross-functional collaboration and alignment with Company headquarters. 

· Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between the Northeast region and headquarters. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure regional needs are met and Company strategies are effectively localized. 

· Team Building & Development: Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing regional team. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. 

· Market Intelligence & Strategy: Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Provide strategic input to headquarters to inform product, pricing, and go-to-market decisions. 

Basic Qualifications: 

· Experience: 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or general management, with a proven track record in the U.S. Northeast market. Experience in robotics, AI, automotive, or high-tech industries is strongly preferred. 

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus. 

· Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage a regional P&L. Experience overseeing both business and functional operations is a plus. 

· Regional Expertise: Deep understanding of the U.S. Northeast market, including customer landscape, channel dynamics, and regulatory environment. 

· Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interface effectively with senior executives, customers, and partners. 

· Language: Bilingual in English and Chinese is strongly preferred. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

· Experience scaling a regional office or business unit from early stage to maturity 

· Established network in the Northeast robotics, AI, or automotive ecosystem 

· Experience working in a global, matrixed organization 

Salary range: 

$200,000 - $240,000, plus incentive plan.
