We are seeking a Specialist, Enterprise Strategy to drive organizational agility and business growth. This unique hybrid role bridges the gap between functional execution and high-level corporate strategy.

As an individual contributor, you will maintain a balanced split, dedicating 50% of your time to technical data enablement and 50% to strategic planning. You will spend half of your time actively developing, managing, and optimizing our core digital technologies—specifically, database environments, Power BI dashboards, and SharePoint ecosystems. The other half of your time will be dedicated to strategic planning, focusing on long-term corporate goals, market and competitive analysis, financial forecasting, corporate development, and business-wide risk frameworks to ensure the enterprise is positioned for scalable growth.

  • Data Layer Management: Structure, query, and maintain core databases to ensure data lakehouse integrity, query performance, and reliable access.
  • Power BI Intelligence: Connect directly to Databricks environments to design, build, and deploy automated data models and interactive corporate dashboards.
  • SharePoint Ecosystems: Administer, configure, and customize modern SharePoint infrastructure, document libraries, access permissions, and intranet workflows.
  • End-to-End Integration: Seamlessly transform and move critical enterprise information from core databases to Power BI, SharePoint, and front-end reporting layers.

  • Corporate Goal Alignment: Translate high-level, long-term corporate visions into actionable strategic initiatives and execution roadmaps.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct rigorous macroeconomic, industry trend, and competitor analysis to identify strategic threats and growth vectors.
  • Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Build financial models, cost-benefit analyses, and growth projections to evaluate potential corporate development opportunities.
  • Risk & Corporate Governance: Establish enterprise-wide risk assessment frameworks and operational structures to safeguard scalability and compliance.
  • Executive Decision Support: Prepare comprehensive business cases, strategic briefs, and presentations to guide executive leadership in decision-making.
