We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our IT Department and provide day‑to‑day technical support, contributing to the reliability, security, and continuous improvement of our IT services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and troubleshooting to end-user (on site & remote) level 1 & 2

  • Act as a proactive, user‑centric driving force for the continuous improvement of IT services, tools, and processes.

  • Operate IT tools used for

    o   The deployment & management of laptops, mobile devices & software

    o   The creation & management of users, mailbox and groups

    o   The maintenance & proper usage of collaboration services and tools

  • Ensure full compliance with security measures aligned with company policies, corporate standards, industry best practices, and established security frameworks.

  • Perform daily operational checks and health monitoring of IT systems, endpoints, and end‑user services to ensure service continuity, stability, and performance

  • Conduct advanced troubleshooting and problem analysis on end‑user, Application Business issues, following established support and escalation processes.

  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, procedures, and user guides

  • Liaise with our external providers for technical support

 

  • Previous experience as Support Technician requested

  • Strong hands‑on experience with Windows 11

  • Solid knowledge of Apple devices, including iOS and iPadOS

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 services

    o   Entra ID

    o   Exchange Online

    o   SharePoint & OneDrive

    o   Intune

    o   Teams

    o   Defender for Endpoint

  • Strong security‑first mindset and awareness of IT security best practices

  • Ability to work in a team in a multicultural environment

  • Well-organized, structured, and attentive to detail

  • Problem resolution capabilities and open-mindedness toward creative solutions

  • Ability to work in an emergency and excellent stress management

  • Fluency in English is mandatory

  • Microsoft certifications are highly valued. (e.g.: MD‑102, MS‑102, SC‑200, or SC‑300)
