Looking to take your manufacturing supervisory experience into a stable, essential industry? We’re hiring a hands-on Plant Supervisor to lead daily operations in a food production environment.

If you’ve led teams in automotive, assembly, or industrial settings, we’ll help you transition your skills into food manufacturing.

• →Lead daily processing operations, scheduling, and workflow
• →Supervise, train, and support processing team members (up to 15 members)
• →Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance (training provided)
• →Monitor processing output, inventory, and reporting
• →Coordinate equipment usage, troubleshoot issues, and work directly with processing machinery as needed
• →Plan and support logistics for shipping and receiving, ensuring accurate and timely movement of goods
• →Coordinate supply orders and maintain appropriate inventory levels
• →Work cross-functionally with quality, maintenance, and office staff
• →Willingness to work with team members whose first language is not English.

• Production or shift supervisors in automotive, assembly, or manufacturing
• Leaders who enjoy being on the floor and solving real-time problems
• Candidates looking for a more stable industry with long-term growth

• Supervisory experience in manufacturing or food production environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage teams and keep operations running smoothly
• Food industry experience is not required — we’ll train you

• Day shift only — no night shifts
• Typical hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Expect 40–50 hours per week, depending on plant needs

• Stable industry (food production is always in demand)
• Predictable daytime schedule (no overnight shifts)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
