As Senior Program Manager, you will be the lead point of contact and ultimate owner of success for all programs and partner program management. You will be transforming the goals of Goodwall's partners into tangible program actions for execution. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of partner programs, from relationship building and scoping through execution and reporting, ensuring every program delivers measurable impact for partners and growth for Goodwall's member base. You are the person where the buck stops, owning program P&Ls alongside qualitative and quantitative performance outcomes.

You have strong relationship instincts, operational rigor, and a bias for action. A hands-on, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple partners and programs simultaneously without missing a beat, with the following attributes:
6+ years of experience in client/partner facing roles, project management, or managing digital campaigns
A successful track record of ownership and delivering measurable results in line with partner success goals
Experience developing and implementing complex projects for corporate partners and/or international stakeholders
Someone who thrives on responsibility, likes owning outcomes end to end, and can work autonomously
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage complexity across multiple programs
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills in English
Excited to work in a fast paced, innovative environment where we build AI-driven systems to improve our workflows
Strong interest in social impact, sustainability, entrepreneurship, and building online communities
Creative and marketing skills are a plus
Experience in the social impact sector is a plus
