The Early Learning Manager (Centre Director) is responsible for ensuring the Carlton North service delivers a high-quality educational program that is responsive to children, families and the local community. Working closely with the Assistant Manager and Educational Leaders, they will lead, coach and develop their team of educators and teachers and nurture a positive work environment. Bringing leadership experience working in program, ideally as a Bachelor qualified teacher, the Manager is responsible for ensuring the service is efficient, effective and sustainable. They will join a group of experienced and dedicated Early Learning Managers across our 9 services, contributing to the continuous growth of the organisation.
