In this role you will join a team of passionate professionals working together to create an environment for children to thrive. About the role The Executive Assistant provides efficient, high-quality administrative support to the Executive Manager, Early Learning, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Early Learning function. The role is diverse, providing the opportunity to work closely with the Executive team including secretarial responsibilities, serving as a central point for stakeholders and co-ordinating work across the organisation. The role requires well-developed verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to analyse and present information to a diverse range of stakeholders. The role will primarily be based at our Docklands and Carlton North services, with the opportunity to work remotely as appropriate to the requirements of the role. Willingness to travel to sites across Melbourne will be required. About you Demonstrated experience in providing high-level executive or senior administrative support Proven ability to communicate effectively and develop strong partnerships with executives and key stakeholders Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of discretion and confidentiality Understanding of governance and board support processes Knowledge of the early childhood sector, not-fot-profit or community sectors would be highly regarded A tertiary qualification in business administration, or equivalent experience Ready to make a genuine impact?
