Senior Project/Program Manager (Remote)

• →Lead multiple concurrent software implementation programs and strategic initiatives from initiation through successful delivery
• →Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product, operations, client stakeholders, vendors, and leadership
• →Build strong working relationships with clients and internal teams while serving as a trusted program leader
• →Navigate ambiguity effectively and make informed decisions to maintain momentum and delivery timelines
• →Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early and proactively drive resolution strategies
• →Manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams while maintaining visibility into overall program health
• →Facilitate executive-level communication, status reporting, and stakeholder alignment
• →Drive accountability across teams while fostering collaboration and trust
• →Help improve internal delivery processes, operational efficiency, and implementation best practices
• →Support teams through changing priorities and evolving client needs with a calm, solutions-oriented approach
• →Travel up to 25% as needed based on project requirements

Successful candidates will bring strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills along with experience managing large-scale, complex software implementation or software development initiatives.

We’d especially love to hear from candidates who:

• Have 8+ years of program/project management experience in software development, SaaS implementation, enterprise technology, consulting, financial services, healthcare IT, govtech, or similarly complex environments
• Have successfully led multiple concurrent enterprise-scale projects or programs
• Are comfortable operating independently in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities
• Excel at building alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Can communicate complex topics clearly and simply to a wide variety of audiences, including executives and clients
• Have experience managing projects involving multiple systems, integrations, vendors, and cross-functional dependencies
• Are highly organized while remaining flexible and pragmatic in their approach
• Know how to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Are proactive problem solvers who anticipate issues before they become roadblocks
• Have experience recovering or stabilizing challenged projects/programs (strongly preferred)
