Supply Quality Engineer

Own supplier quality readiness for the AI systems Graphcore is scaling next.

As a Supply Quality Engineer, you will help Graphcore’s global supply chain ramp with confidence. You will work across high-tech manufacturing partners, ensuring quality risks are visible, controlled and resolved early.

Your work will shape production readiness for advanced AI systems and services. You will turn supplier performance data into action, improving yield, cycle time and process consistency.

You will facilitate APQP, FMEA, control plans, quality plans and structured root cause analysis. You will also support training, standards and continuous improvement across production teams.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can bring structure to ambiguity. You will represent Graphcore’s quality expectations across our supplier chain.

The Quality Team protects customer experience and drives sustainable excellence across Graphcore. The team covers customer, supplier and product quality, alongside compliance, governance and assurance.

You will work with experts across Bristol, Cambridge and Hsinchu. Decisions are shaped by evidence, technical judgement and a clear focus on customer outcomes.

You will move between engineering leaders, supplier teams and factory operations. Ownership matters here, and you will be expected to speak up, act fast and follow issues through.

· Strong capability in APQP, FMEA, SPC, control plans, ISO audits and quality tools
· Experience leading structured root cause analysis, including 8D and 5-why methods
· Confidence working across engineering, supplier and factory teams
· Ability to represent Graphcore and act as Voice of the Customer within the supplier chain
· Strong problem-solving skills, with sharp attention to detail and continuous improvement
· Focused delivery under pressure, with the judgement to manage competing priorities
