• →Prepare dining areas by setting tables and ensuring they are ready for service.
• →Welcome residents and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• →Deliver meals and beverages promptly and courteously.
• →Clear and reset tables throughout the dining period.
• →Help create a pleasant, respectful dining experience for residents.
• →Work closely with coworkers to keep service running smoothly.
• →Respond professionally when questions, concerns, or service issues arise.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable balancing several responsibilities in a busy dining environment. You should also be able to:

• Manage your time effectively and stay organized.
• Build positive working relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service.
• Adjust priorities and handle multiple tasks as needed.
• Follow Southfield Village’s dress and uniform standards.
• Approach customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
