Overview
GBS Hub is looking for a dynamic and innovative researcher to join our active projects. You will
support the team with innovative EU projects and support of the GBS Research and Innovation Hub.
This role will provide operational, research, reporting, and dissemination support across the AI2MED and AI4VET projects. The postholder will support the delivery of project events, reporting obligations, dissemination activities, and participant evaluation processes, ensuring project outputs are delivered on time and in accordance with funding requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Attend project webinars, workshops, and consortium activities.
- Draft quarterly internal EU project reports for review and approval.
- Draft press releases and disseminate promotional materials relating to project activities.
- Support organisation and delivery of the January AI2MED conference and hosting of project partners at Griffith College Dublin.
- Coordinate logistics for incubation labs, bootcamps, and project events.
- Collect, analyse, and collate participant feedback from project activities.
- Maintain project records and support reporting requirements.
- Assist with dissemination, communication, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Person Specification
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
- Experience preparing reports and communications materials.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to project teams.
- Interest in AI, innovation, entrepreneurship, or European-funded projects.
