Warehouse Operations Manager (German speaking) (m/w/x)

A pioneer of the circular economy, Grover refurbishes and recirculates devices to help eliminate e-waste.

To continue this incredible adventure, we are currently looking for an Operations Manager to join our talented Circular Supply Chain Management team at our Berlin HQ (3 days per week). 

In this position, you will ensure our asset lifecycle runs with excellence and predictability. Acting as the operational bridge between strategic direction and day-to-day execution, you will spend ~50% of your time onsite at our 3PL warehouses (e.g., Ingram, UPS) to drive quality and compliance.

• →Onsite Oversight: Conduct regular visits to partner facilities to monitor performance across inbound, grading, repair, and outbound stages.
• →Operational Excellence: Validate 3PL adherence to SOPs and SLAs, identifying bottlenecks and escalating risks to ensure high-quality execution.
• →Quality Management: Develop and refine audit frameworks for asset condition, grading consistency, and serial accuracy.
• →Continuous Improvement: Lead root-cause analyses for operational deviations and track quality KPIs to propose corrective measures.
• →Strategic Partnership: Support the VP of CSC by translating onsite insights into actionable strategic decisions and process improvements.
• →Stakeholder Management: Build strong daily relationships with 3PL leaders and collaborate cross-functionally with Grover’s Data, Product, and Repair teams.

• Operational Leadership: Proven experience in warehouse management, ideally within a circular economy or refurbished goods context.
• Hands-on Mentality: You enjoy being "on the ground," spending significant time in warehouse environments to understand and optimize processes.
• Analytical Mindset: You are data-driven and capable of translating complex operational findings into clear reports and strategies.
• Process Orientation: Strong knowledge of quality management, audit frameworks, and E2E supply chain workflows.
• Adaptability: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can pivot quickly to resolve operational risks.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to build rapport with on-site 3PL staff while effectively communicating strategic needs to Grover leadership.
• Ability to Travel: You are ready to travel 50% of the time to our warehouses in Germany and the Netherlands. 
• Language Skills: C1+ English skills and +B2 German skills are must-haves for this position.
