About the Role
~1 min readWe’re looking for a Design Engineer to raise the bar on interaction quality, motion, and polish across our product. This role sits at the intersection of design and engineering — you'll work directly with designers and engineers to ship new features that feel crafted, consistent, and human.
You'll embed across product teams to support high-impact work from ideation through launch, owning the interaction quality layer and ensuring a high level of polish in everything we ship. Beyond new feature development, you’ll proactively identify and address gaps in production — fixing visual bugs, refining interactions, and improving overall UI quality across the product.
You’ll also help define motion and interaction patterns that scale, contribute to design system improvements, and partner with our frontend platform team to close the gap between design intent and production reality. This is a foundational role for building a world-class product surface and elevating our craft as we scale.
