Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. Present and promote our immigration services to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits. Account Management: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and progress using CRM software. Monitor client accounts to ensure they remain satisfied and informed about their immigration process. Prepare reports on sales activity, client interactions, and market trends. Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns. Collaborate with immigration consultants and legal advisors to ensure clients receive comprehensive and accurate advice. Participate in team meetings, contributing to the development of sales strategies and objectives. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or account management, preferably in the immigration or consultancy industry. Skills and Competencies: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. High level of integrity and professionalism. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Additional Requirements: Knowledge of Canadian immigration processes and regulations is an asset. Multilingual abilities are a plus. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events. Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing research or a related field (essential). Two years of market research and analysis experience Analytical thinker with solid theoretical and research skills. Understanding and interpretation of competitor strategies and consumer behavior. Comprehensive understanding of marketing programs and strategies. Capability to collect large amounts of data and transform it into meaningful analysis. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under duress and meet tight deadlines. Strong math, web analytics, and business research tools skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. The ability to reduce complex information to a user-friendly format. Expertise in Microsoft Office, databases, and statistical software. Proven experience as a business development officer or in a related role. The ability to travel when necessary. The ability to work in a high-pressure environment. Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and management abilities. Outstanding negotiation and decision-making abilities. Excellent business sense. Detail-oriented.
