Job Summary Supervise daily operations in a food service establishment to ensure efficient service, quality food and a positive customer experience. Coordinate staff, resources and processes to meet operational targets and regulatory standards. Number of Positions 5 Main Duties Supervise front- and back-of-house staff during shifts and assign duties to meet service demands. Create and maintain staff schedules, manage shift coverage and approve time-off requests. Monitor food preparation, portioning and presentation to ensure consistency and quality standards. Enforce health, safety and sanitation procedures and conduct routine inspections to maintain compliance. Manage inventory levels, place orders for supplies and monitor food cost and waste control. Train, coach and evaluate employees, and respond to customer inquiries or complaints to achieve resolution. Requirements Secondary school diploma or equivalent education. Minimum two years of experience in food service with demonstrated supervisory or lead responsibilities. Working knowledge of food handling, sanitation and workplace safety practices. Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays as required. Physical ability to perform job duties, including prolonged standing and lifting moderate weights. Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale, scheduling or inventory systems.
