You have 1+ year of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles. Experience in a startup or in a "new market" environment is a big plus. You communicate confidently in French (native level) and fluently in English.

We are hiring a Business Development Executive to join our Client Sales Development team in Paris!
- Identify and map a strong pipeline of top-tier French prospects, engaging key HR stakeholders and decision-makers from scratch.
- Lead outbound activity across cold calling, emailing, and social selling (LinkedIn) to generate and qualify new opportunities in a brand-new market.
- Drive the strategic positioning of Wellhub in France, clearly communicating our value proposition and mission to companies discovering us for the first time.
- Act as a key source of market feedback, sharing insights, objections, and local nuances to directly shape the strategy.
- Represent Wellhub at industry events and HR forums, building a strong network and increasing brand visibility in the French HR community.
- Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.
- You have 1+ year of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles. Experience in a startup or in a "new market" environment is a big plus.
- You communicate confidently in French (native level) and fluently in English.
- You’re proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
- You thrive on building processes from scratch and take ownership of your work.
- You are motivated by targets and bring high energy to outbound activity.
- You are familiar with CRM tools such as Salesforce (a plus).
- You are passionate about networking and building meaningful professional relationships.
- You enjoy working as part of a team and contributing to a positive, collaborative environment.
