We are hiring a GTM Engineer Program Manager to join our team in São Paulo. Please note this is a Hybrid role in our São Paulo office.
This role is to join the Marketing and Revenue Operations team as a GTM Engineer Program Manager for the Enterprise Business Unit, supporting our regional Demand Generation and Sales Development teams.
As a member of our marketing team, you will be the operational bridge between marketing strategy and sales execution. This is a unique, foundational role. As the Business Development team moves to the CMO structure, you will spearhead the centralization of our data enrichment governance and lead the charge on pioneering AI adoption across our GTM motions.
Because the AI and modern outbound space is evolving daily, this role doesn't rely on a legacy blueprint—you will be responsible for actively designing and writing the playbook. Sitting in Marketing but partnering deeply with Sales, your mission is to run sophisticated, fast-paced experiments, scale what works, and build the automated outbound engine that drives high-velocity pipeline growth.
- Design and develop GTM automations and AI-powered systems to identify prospects that match the company’s Ideal Customer Profile, and deliver intent accounts and target personas to sales development and sales teams
- Partner directly with Sales and Marketing teams to test, iterate, and deploy AI tools that improve SDR/BDR productivity, optimize sales funnel outreach strategies, and increase conversion rates
- Own the end-to-end account and contact enrichment process from the Marketing side; transition the organization from a decentralized model to a highly efficient, centralized engine utilizing Clay, ensuring data hygiene matches marketing governance standards
- Build workflows within our existing tools, including Clay, Salesloft, and Salesforce, that enrich data and automate personalized messaging creation for target accounts
- Create systems and workflows that deliver timely, relevant account research to sales development and sales representatives
- Act as the internal operational expert and day-to-day operator for Clay and Salesloft; become a working expert for our internal CRM systems Salesforce and Hubspot Brainstorm, drive, and influence the development, prioritization, and analysis of agile A/B experiments and pilots to improve operational metrics (Connect rates, Meeting rates, MQL-to-Opportunity conversion)
- Coordinate closely with Marketing and Sales Ops teams to monitor and track performance, and deliver actionable insights to demand gen and revenue teams
- Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.
- The Foundation: Solid experience in a B2B Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or RevOps environment is mandatory. You understand pipeline mechanics, lead-to-opportunity flows, and the day-to-day realities of sales development teams.
- The Pioneer: You thrive when handed a complex, open-ended challenge. Rather than requiring a rigid step-by-step onboarding manual, you possess the operational maturity to audit a situation, research emerging industry solutions, and confidently build a path forward.
- The Modern Stack Expert: You have hands-on experience or a strong technical aptitude for data enrichment and sales engagement tools, with a focus on Clay, Salesloft, and Salesforce/Hubspot. You love testing how emerging technologies can solve automation, segmentation, and personalization challenges.
- The Continuous Learner: You have your pulse on the industry and view this as a role where you are learning with the industry. You are highly comfortable deploying agile, rapid prototypes ("Version 1 over Version None") to unblock sales teams, while maintaining the strategic vision needed to turn those quick wins into scalable processes later.
- The ROI Lens: You focus on the "Why." You are obsessed with how an automation or data enrichment play will help an SDR/BDR improve productivity, book a meeting, or generate high-quality demand.
- The Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication in English. You have a proven ability to align, collaborate, and brainstorm solutions with cross-functional stakeholders (Business Development, Sales Ops, Revenue Marketing) and achieve targets in a high-velocity environment.
We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently. We strongly encourage all aspiring applicants to go for it, even if they don't match the job description 100%. We welcome your application and will be delighted to explore if you could be a great fit for our team. For this specific role, please note that prior experience working in a B2B SaaS GTM environment is required.
