We are hiring a Welfare Director to our Welfare Division team in Italy! 

 The General Manager of the Welfare Division will have full responsibility for the Fitprime brand—the legal entity of the Wellhub Group dedicated exclusively to the development and management of the Welfare channel. As a key People Leader, you will be responsible for inspiring, mentoring, and managing a high-performing team of motivated young talents, fostering their professional growth within the Wellhub ecosystem.
 

• Strategy and Business Growth: Manage the Fitprime brand to protect existing revenue streams and scale turnover derived from the Welfare channel.
• Stakeholder & Partnership Management: Negotiate and manage strategic contracts with Welfare Providers, insurance intermediaries, and local associations (e.g., Aon, Assolombarda).
• People Leadership: Coordinate a multidisciplinary team including Sales profiles, Finance functions (accounts receivable/payable and integrated systems like TeamSystem/Pyro) and Customer Success/Operations to ensure excellent service for clients and partners.

• Experience: A solid background in the Welfare and Flexible Benefits sector. Deep knowledge of the dynamics between companies, employees, and welfare platforms is mandatory.
• Commercial Skills: Proven ability to handle complex negotiations with C-Level executives and external partners, using a "win-win-win" approach to create value across the entire ecosystem.
• Project Management: Excellent process management skills, focusing on reducing operational workload through automation and system integration.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership qualities to guide the team toward a unified "Single Italy Team" vision while maintaining the specific identity of the Welfare division.
