Senior Retail Manager

Half Moon is seeking a strategic and high-energy Senior Retail Manager to lead our diverse portfolio of luxury retail outlets. As a guardian of our mission and "RICH" values, you will oversee the commercial and operational success of our Art Gallery, Gift Shop, Maakit Café & Boutique, Tennis Shop, and specialty retail carts.

Key Responsibilities

• Maximize turnover and profitability across all outlets through strategic sales forecasting, trend analysis, and market positioning.
• Prepare annual budgets, manage PAR levels, and produce monthly executive summaries for the retail division.
• Oversee the procurement lifecycle with a focus on transparency, value-for-money, and a priority on locally designed and crafted goods.
• Lead monthly physical inventories, investigate variances, and maintain strict stock control procedures.
• Develop and enforce Departmental SOPs to ensure seamless operations and consistent luxury hospitality standards.
• Organize special events, displays, and promotions to increase guest engagement and brand visibility.
•  Manage recruitment, orientation, and ongoing professional development for the retail team.
• Conduct regular appraisals, provide real-time coaching, and utilize progressive discipline to maintain Half Moon’s high standards.
