Lead Spa Associate / Recruiting Coordinator for New Spa Opening in Mesa

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Lead Spa Associate to help lead the front desk, support recruiting efforts, coordinate scheduling, and build community partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, customer service, relationship building, and helping a team succeed.

Responsibilities

·       Deliver an outstanding guest experience while promoting memberships, services, and retail products. 

·       Meet or exceed membership and retail sales goals. 

·       Support daily spa operations, opening/closing procedures, and front desk leadership. 

·       Assist with recruiting activities, including applicant outreach, interview scheduling, hiring events, and onboarding support. 

·       Coordinate staff schedules and help maintain appointment availability. 

·       Build relationships with local schools, businesses, and community organizations to support recruiting and marketing initiatives. 

·       Represent the spa at career fairs, networking events, and community outreach opportunities. 

·       Help create a positive, team-focused culture by supporting and coaching Spa Associates. 

Qualifications

·       Customer service and sales experience required. 

·       Leadership, recruiting, scheduling, or spa experience preferred. 

·       Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. 

·       Comfortable using scheduling and POS systems. 

·       Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
