Role Overview  

The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for the frontline execution of candidate intake, high-volume screening, and daily worker scheduling confirmation. Utilizing phone calls, SMS, and LINE Official Account (LINE OA), this role ensures candidates move rapidly through the hiring pipeline while maintaining continuous, 7-day alignment with daily staffing needs across multiple roles.

What You Will Do 

• High-Volume Multi-Channel Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound candidate contacting across phone calls, SMS, and LINE Official Account (LINE OA) to screen and engage applicants across multiple job roles.
• SLA & Target Execution: Maintain rapid response times to achieve the 24-hour apply-to-contact SLA and consistently hit daily individual screening, conversion, and intake targets.
• Candidate Intake & Data Tracking: Accurate, real-time logging of candidate status, contact history, and screening outcomes in Google Sheets and recruitment tracking systems.
• Daily Helper Scheduling Confirmation: Participate in the daily confirmation workflow to verify shift schedules and availability for 500+ helpers across Taiwan locations.
• Pipeline Feedback: Escalate candidate objections, common drop-off reasons, and market feedback to the Recruiting Manager during daily operational syncs to help refine intake scripts and processes.

Basic Qualifications  

• Communication & Multi-Channel Engagement: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin. Hands-on experience using LINE Official Account (LINE OA), SMS tools, and standard phone outreach for candidate engagement.
• Technical Proficiency: Fluent in Google Sheets (data entry, filtering, sorting, basic formulas, real-time collaborative tracking) and standard applicant tracking workflows.
• Target-Driven Execution: High energy, resilient, and comfortable working in a metric-driven environment with daily calling/contacting quotas.
• Organization & Detail Orientation: Ability to manage high candidate volumes systematically without sacrificing data accuracy or candidate experience.
• Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible shift schedules to ensure 7-day coverage for daily helper confirmations.
