At Harambee, we’re on a mission to tackle youth unemployment at scale—and we’re looking for an Applications Engineer to help power the tools and systems behind that impact.

💡 What you’ll be doing

• Designing, developing, and maintaining applications that support our business needs
• Building and integrating APIs to enhance functionality across platforms
• Troubleshooting issues and continuously improving performance and quality
• Using Power Apps and Power Automate to drive efficient, scalable automation
• Collaborating closely with the Business Applications team to deliver successful projects
• Applying security best practices to everything you build

🛠 What you’ll bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in application development (or a closely related role)
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying applications
• Exposure to multiple programming languages and frameworks
• Solid understanding of API development and integration
• A mindset of continuous learning, accountability, and teamwork
