• Typically, 1-8 headcount responsibility, and still have personal fee responsibilities
• Demonstrated success in true 360 full-cycle recruitment: from cold BD and pipeline generation to client relationship management, candidate delivery, and team development
• Ability and gravitas to lead from the front, inspire and gain commitment to vision
• Excellent communication skills; able to influence and inspire
• Experience in setting, monitoring and reviewing goals and objectives

• The total compensation range is $80,000 -$90,000, plus uncapped commission
• Hybrid/flexible schedule
• Our office is in the highland neighborhood (north/central Austin)
