About the Role:

ComForCare In-Home Care - Baltimore/Carroll is looking for a passionate and driven Marketing and Community Liaison to join our growing team in Towson, MD. In this dynamic role, you'll be the face of our brand — building meaningful relationships in the community and connecting families with the compassionate care they deserve. Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and generate referrals in the Towson/Baltimore/Carroll area
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals, physician offices, assisted living facilities, and senior centers
Represent ComForCare at community events, health fairs, and networking functions
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with client intake and care delivery goals
Track and report on outreach activities, referral trends, and marketing metrics
Identify new business development opportunities within the local healthcare community
Create and distribute marketing materials to support community outreach initiatives

Requirements:

Experience in healthcare marketing, community outreach, or business development preferred
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach
Knowledge of the home health, senior care, or healthcare industry is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in the field
Proficiency with CRM tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
Valid driver's license and own transportation required
Covid-19 Vaccinated
