Job Description:

As the Hiring Manager at HealthBay, you will play a critical role in our organization by identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees. You will work closely with department managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent

- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and referrals

- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization

- Coordinate with department managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions

- Manage the job posting process and ensure timely and accurate communication with candidates

- Conduct reference and background checks on potential hires

- Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for new employees

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and make recommendations for improvement

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare industry

- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent

- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and laws and regulations related to hiring

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in MS Office and experience using applicant tracking systems

- SHRM or other HR certifications are a plus
