Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent to support our growing healthcare organization. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers and HR to understand our staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the organization.

- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.

- Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate assessments, and offer negotiations.

- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.

- Collaborate with HR to develop and implement onboarding programs for new hires.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and make recommendations for process improvements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the healthcare industry.

- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.

- Familiarity with various recruitment tools and techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
