Distribution Specialist Conshohocken PA
$25–$27/Hour | Monday–Friday
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Distribution Specialist to join our warehouse and distribution team in Conshohocken, PA.
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday opportunity for someone with warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience who enjoys working in an organized work environment.
What You'll Do

Receive, unload, inspect and verify incoming shipments
Sort, count, label, package and stock inventory
Pick and pack finished goods for daily shipping
Prepare and load outgoing orders
Support cold-chain shipping and related preparation
Pull inventory and materials for production
Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
Operate pallet jacks and dollies
Identify and report damaged, missing or incorrect shipments
Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse
Follow company safety, quality and regulatory procedures

What We're Looking For

1–2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving or inventory control experience preferred
Biotech, pharmaceutical or medical device experience is a plus
ERP/MRP experience such as QAD preferred
Ability to regularly lift/move up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
Ability to pass required background screening
