HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and/or commercial clients. The technician must have strong troubleshooting skills, be customer-service oriented, and ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety and industry standards. 

• →Inspect, consult, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• →Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems, and provide replacement options.
• →Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, filter replacements, and system tune-ups, when needed.
• →Ensure all work meets safety and industry regulations.
• →Maintain accurate service records and document repairs and installations.
• →Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients about system performance, issues, and solutions.
• →Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned jobs efficiently.
• →Stay up to date with industry advancements and best practices.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Technical school or HVAC certification preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• EPA certification (Preferred), Journeyman's license (preferred)
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigerants.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
