AZ Driver

As an AZ Driver, you’ll play a key role in the safe and timely transportation of floral and plant products across Ontario, Quebec, the Maritimes, and potentially the United States. This position requires physical strength, reliability, and excellent customer service. You will be driving during various shift times and must be adaptable to changing delivery requirements based on season and program demand.

• →Safely operate AZ-class vehicles to complete deliveries within Ontario and occasionally to Quebec, and the Maritimes.
• →Load and unload floral carts, skids, and boxed plants using lift gates.
• →Ensure all cargo is securely fastened and protected in transit.
• →Provide excellent service to customers during deliveries and obtain required signatures/documentation.
• →Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any safety or mechanical issues.
• →Keep trucks clean and fueled after each trip.
• →Remain flexible to adjust hours and routes with seasonal fluctuations (e.g., days, overnights, weekends, holiday peak periods, vacation/sick coverage).

• Valid AZ license, with a clean driving abstract and CVOR.
• Minimum 3 years of AZ driving experience – a letter from an insurer or employer confirming experience is required.
• Willingness and availability to work weekends, early mornings, and overnight shifts.
• Reliable and self-motivated, with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Capable of pushing/pulling heavy carts and securing product safely using lift gates.
• Committed to safety, customer satisfaction, and following company and regulatory procedures.
• Previous experience transporting perishable or live goods is considered an asset.
• Open to long -haul trips
