We are seeking an experienced, creative, and collaborative Provider Solutions Architect to join our Provider Solutions team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Provider Solutions, the Provider Solutions Architect serves as the primary subject matter expert for Payer and Provider workstreams, driving best-practice solutioning and configuration standards across State, Payer, and Provider implementations. This role requires exceptional technical skills, a deep understanding of how the solution functions for all customer stakeholders, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Partners with internal and external teams before, during, and after implementation to provide subject matter expertise and best-practice solutioning for Payer and Provider workstreams.
Leads the process of establishing standard configuration settings for Payer/State and Sponsored portals, and determines when market variability is required.
Proactively identifies challenges that could impact client go-live dates or delivery quality; mitigates where possible and develops effective communication strategies for clients and key stakeholders.
Drives client experience outcomes by partnering with sales, product management, client success, implementations, and integration teams to deliver consistent, high-quality solutions.
Contributes to project planning by surfacing technical risks, configuration dependencies, and solution requirements to support timely and accurate delivery.
Communicates technical status, solution decisions, and key milestones to relevant stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Drives new market diligence efforts to establish standard environment configurations, document market best practices, and identify product gaps.

Travel up to 10%, including overnight travel
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of implementation experience, preferably in healthcare
3+ years of technical implementation experience, preferably with a focus on solution configurations
Strong understanding of Agile project methodology
Ability to clearly articulate feature functionality and business requirements, both verbally and in writing
Proficiency in project management software; experience using Jira is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively on a team and lead others as required to complete projects
Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Flexibility to work across time zones when necessary
Willingness to explore and adopt AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity and innovation in your role
The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $95,000 - $100,000 not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
