Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Business Analyst (BA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with core banking platforms and will work closely with product managers, developers, QA, and business stakeholders to drive the analysis, design, and delivery of scalable core banking solutions. 

 Responsibilities:    

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across banking domains (deposits, loans, payments, etc.). 

• Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications for the Core Banking system. 

• Work closely with product managers and development teams to define features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. 

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and system capabilities. 

• Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and user interviews to gather insights and validate requirements. 

• Perform/support system configuration, including BPM configuration, parameterization, and testing (including UAT). 

• Analyze current workflows and propose enhancements to optimize business processes within the core banking system. 

• Assist in integration efforts with third-party systems (e.g., CRM, risk, AML, and digital banking platforms). 

• Stay updated on core banking trends, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. 

 

Qualifications:    

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or fintech domain. 

• Solid experience with core banking systems.  

• Strong understanding of retail and/or corporate banking products (accounts, loans, cards, treasury, etc.). 

• Familiarity with business process modeling (e.g., BPMN) and requirements documentation techniques (e.g., use cases, user stories). 

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. 

• Knowledge of Temenos frameworks, core tables, and workflows. 

• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in banking. 

• Basic SQL knowledge for data analysis and validation. 

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. 

 

Working Hours and Terms 

Working Hours:
from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. accordingly. 

Workdays: Monday to Friday (5 working days). 

Hybrid Schedule: 52 days per year, equivalent to one remote workday per week.
