  • Establish product processes, metrics, and best practices to drive execution excellence and measure product performance.
  • Act as a key contributor to the company's growth strategy, championing innovation and delivering scalable, secure, and customer-centric solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven product leadership experience in the banking or fintech industry is mandatory, with a demonstrated track record of building and scaling products within banking, financial services, or fintech platforms. Deep understanding of regulatory complexity and risk management in highly regulated environments is essential.
  • Expert command of product management tools and methodologies to drive portfolio-level planning, roadmap alignment, and cross-functional delivery at scale.
  • Sophisticated understanding of market dynamics, competitive positioning, business strategy, and customer behavior, with the ability to translate insights into a compelling long-term product vision.
  • Strong technical acumen, including hands-on experience with agile frameworks (SCRUM, SAFe), data-driven decision-making, experimentation at scale (A/B and multivariate testing), and the ability to engage credibly with engineering teams on architectural trade-offs.
