Video Content Creator

We're seeking a talented and creative Video Content Creator to join our team for a full-time, fully remote contract. You'll be responsible for taking our raw footage, and transforming it into engaging and informative videos that capture the attention of our target audience – busy working professionals

This is a full-time position and will follow US business working hours.  

• →Edit and assemble talking-head footage (3-10 minutes) into polished and visually compelling videos using industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut)
• →Integrate B-Roll footage, motion graphics, animations, and screencasts to create dynamic and informative content.
• →Enhance video quality through color grading, sound design, and audio mixing.
• →Create engaging visuals, including motion graphics, animations, and text overlays with software like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma
• →Include closed captions in all videos to ensure accessibility for viewers.
• →Incorporate royalty-free music and sound effects.
• →Format and optimize videos for different platforms (Internal Learning Platform, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• →Develop a consistent visual style that aligns with our brand identity.
• →Collaborate with internal teams for feedback and revisions.
• →Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and platform-specific requirements.
• →Maintain a well-organized and efficient editing workflow.

• Proven ability to create engaging and informative video content.
• Strong understanding of storytelling and visual communication for video production.
• Proficiency in software such as CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
• Skilled in colour grading, sound design, and animation.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Experience with editing educational content is a plus.
• Understanding AI concepts and applications is helpful.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to create engaging and informative video content.
