Job Title: AI Data Integration Engineer (RCM Systems)
Location | Remote
Time Zone | US Time Zones (EST–PST)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an AI Data Integration Engineer to support a healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) company. The company is moving its legacy RCM platforms (MD Suite, PrognoCIS, CareTracker and Cortex) onto a new central platform. You will build the data models, mappings, pipelines and data quality checks behind the migration. You will use AI/LLM tools every day to speed up mapping and catch data issues early. The ideal candidate is hands-on and comfortable working with legacy systems that have little documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build data models and source-to-target mapping specs from Practice Management (PM) systems such as MD Suite, PrognoCIS, CareTracker and Cortex to the new platform
- Use AI/LLM tools to speed up schema mapping, field reconciliation and data quality checks
- Design and build ETL pipelines and REST/SOAP APIs to move data into the new platform
- Cleanse, structure and enrich source data into the required target format
- Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in production
- Work closely with the AI Architect, product, engineering and operations teams
- Maintain clear documentation of data models, mapping specs and pipeline configurations

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data/system integration or ETL engineering, building production integrations with complex legacy systems
- Hands-on experience using AI/LLM APIs (such as OpenAI or Azure OpenAI) for schema mapping, entity resolution or automated data quality checks
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
- Working knowledge of Python and JavaScript (or similar scripting languages)
- Experience building REST and SOAP APIs and working with JSON, XML, CSV, flat-file and EDI formats
- Understanding of HIPAA and PHI security practices
- Strong written and spoken English with a clear, professional communication style
- Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies. Applications without this experience will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare or RCM experience, including exposure to Practice Management (PM) systems such as MD Suite, PrognoCIS, CareTracker or Cortex
- HL7/FHIR knowledge
- Experience with cloud integration platforms, ideally the Azure stack (Fabric, Data Lake, SQL, Data Factory)

Tools & Technology:
- MD Suite, PrognoCIS, CareTracker and Cortex (legacy RCM platforms)
- AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI)
- SQL and relational databases
- Python and JavaScript
- Azure (Fabric, Data Lake, SQL, Data Factory)
- Slack, Zoom, and other remote collaboration tools

Please NOTE:
It is crucial that you complete the application form in full. As part of the application process, you will be required to record a video. If your application is successful, you will receive an email confirming next steps—the video is the first step of the interview process. If you do not record a video, we will not be able to consider you for ANY open roles.
