We're hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to anchor a growing recruiting function during a period of high requisition volume and team growth. This is a full-cycle recruiter role with a process improvement mandate inside an enterprise ATS environment (UKG Pro).
The team is managing 75 to 90 open requisitions at any given time. You'll carry your own requisition load and help build out a more efficient recruiting operation. You'll own end-to-end recruiting for assigned reqs, partner with hiring supervisors and managers, and report directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition.
This is not an entry-level coordinator role, not a pure sourcing role, and not a system rebuild role. It's a hands-on senior recruiter role for an operator who can carry volume, partner with hiring managers, and bring measured, incremental improvements. Responsibilities

- Source through Indeed, Indeed SmartSource, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Conduct initial phone screens for hourly positions
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring supervisors across multiple buildings
- Manage applicant flow through every stage in the ATS
- Collect hiring manager feedback and move candidates forward
- Draft and send offers, coordinate approvals, and finalize hires
ATS Ownership (UKG Pro)
- Operate as a strong user of UKG Pro (or equivalent enterprise ATS)
- Manage requisition records, candidate stages, and process steps cleanly
- Identify opportunities for more automated, consistent ATS workflows
- Craft templated candidate communications (including rejections) that hold a professional, respectful tone at scale
- Support setup of automated communications, stage transitions, and bulk candidate handling
Hiring Manager Partnership
- Translate hiring manager needs into clear sourcing strategies
- Provide market feedback when roles are difficult to fill
- Coordinate interview handoff steps for hourly roles — right building, right manager
- Act as a credible advisor on interviewing approach, screening criteria, and hiring decisions
- Identify incremental, realistic improvements to recruiting workflows and ATS configuration
- Help the team process candidates faster without rebuilding the system
- Suggest automation for repetitive communication and stage transitions
- Build template language and standardized touchpoints for candidate communication
- Maintain professional, warm, and timely communication with every candidate
- Ensure every candidate, including those not selected, receives appropriate communication
- Represent the client's brand professionally through every interaction
- Coordinate cleanly with the broader recruiting team for a consistent candidate experience
Required:
- 2 to 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience
- Deep experience with an enterprise ATS — UKG Pro strongly preferred; otherwise comparable platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, iCIMS, Greenhouse, etc.) with depth beyond user-level
- Genuinely positive, problem-solving attitude — brings solutions, not just observations
- Comfortable making incremental improvements within an existing system rather than pushing to rebuild everything
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High volume tolerance — comfortable carrying a meaningful share of a 75-90 requisition load
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Detail-oriented in candidate tracking, communication, and ATS hygiene
- Collaborative and open to direction; self-starting and team-first by default
Helpful, not required:
- Direct UKG Pro experience with process configuration, automated communications, and stage workflows
- Experience participating in an ATS implementation (not necessarily leading one)
- Manufacturing or industrial recruiting background with high-volume hourly hiring
- Spanish language skills
- Experience with Indeed, Indeed SmartSource, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- CRM experience for candidate nurture or automated communication workflows
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business
- Prior experience working remotely with US-based hiring teams
