- Review tender and bid documents to understand customer requirements, project scope, and submission expectations.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations using cost analysis, benchmarks, and commercial insights.
- Partner with sales, engineering, operations, and other stakeholders to gather technical and commercial inputs.
- Manage tender schedules and priorities to ensure high-quality, on-time proposal submissions.
- Evaluate bid opportunities and support bid/no-bid decision-making processes.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to bids, contracts, pricing, and estimates.
- Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and compliant documentation while performing quality checks throughout the tendering process.
- Engage with customers to clarify requirements, build confidence, and support a positive customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in tendering, bid management, proposal development, or quotation preparation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical, commercial, and market data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience using tendering, ERP, or CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
