  • Own project communications, keeping Technology, Operations, and Finance aligned through status updates, launch plans, and clear documentation.
  • Support monthly software forecast analysis, partnering with CPO and Finance to track spend against forecast, flag variances, and drive overpayment and duplicate-charge follow-ups.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of software subscriptions, contracts, renewals, and owners so leadership has a clear view of committed and forecasted spend.
  • Improve IT knowledge management and support deflection through runbooks, help docs, and self-service resources that reduce repeat tickets.
  • Support the IT operational cadence, managing intake, prioritization, and triage of requests and driving process improvements.
  • Track and report on delivery and operational metrics through lightweight dashboards and reports.
  • Contribute to IT governance and compliance-supporting work, including access reviews, change-management hygiene, and audit-ready documentation.

  • Fluent, professional English (written and verbal) and the ability to work across time zones with U.S.-based teams.
  • Strong project management fundamentals: planning, scoping, risk tracking, and driving work to completion with urgency.
  • Exceptional attention to detail. You shift between big picture and fine detail quickly, and you're a wizard with documentation.
  • Excellent communication, matching your style to the audience, whether a leadership roadmap review, a vendor check-in, or a working session with engineers.
  • Comfort with numbers and cost analysis, able to work a software forecast, reconcile spend, and spot anomalies.
