Hone is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our People Ops team. In this role, you will report to the Director of People Ops and own full-cycle recruiting primarily for our Marketing team, with additional responsibility across Customer Service, Operations, and Finance functions. You'll be a strategic partner to functional leaders across the business - building pipelines, delivering a best-in-class candidate experience, and helping Hone attract and close exceptional non-technical talent in a competitive market. This is a high-impact role where you'll be both a builder and an executor - shaping how we hire across multiple functions as we scale.
Responsibilities

- →Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across Marketing (including Brand, Content, Conversion, and Performance/Growth Marketing), Customer Service, Operations, and Finance — from kickoff through offer acceptance
- →Partner closely with functional hiring managers to deeply understand team needs, role requirements, and hiring bar across a diverse set of disciplines
- →Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines of active and passive candidates across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and beyond)
- →Drive a structured, consistent interview process that reflects Hone's values and sets candidates and hiring managers up for success
- →Negotiate and extend offers in partnership with hiring managers and People Ops, working cross-functionally with legal and compensation stakeholders as needed
- →Maintain clean, accurate data in Greenhouse - use it to track pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and report on recruiting metrics
- →Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives that help Hone stand out in the market
- →Help build and refine our recruiting infrastructure as we scale - including process documentation, interview training, and intake frameworks
Requirements
~1 min readIn order to qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record closing candidates across marketing, customer service, operations, or finance functions
- At least 3 years of in-house recruiting specifically for digital marketing roles, especially around Brand Marketing, Conversion, and Growth Marketing
- Experience recruiting in healthtech, digital health, or telemedicine preferred
- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates through creative, multi-channel approaches
- Experience managing a dynamic, shifting req load in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter or similar)
- Strong instincts for candidate quality and culture fit - you ask great questions and assess beyond the resume
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adhere to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment (experience directly working in a high-growth or startup org is preferred)
- Creative problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset
- Can quickly learn new technology systems and communication tools
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
