Hover helps people design, improve, and protect the properties they love. With proprietary AI built on over a decade of real property data, Hover answers age-old questions like “What will it look like?” and “What will it cost?” Homeowners, contractors, and insurance professionals rely on Hover to get fully measured, accurate, and interactive 3D models of any property — all from a smartphone scan in minutes.

At Hover, we’re driven by curiosity, purpose, and a shared commitment to serving our customers, communities, and each other. We believe the best ideas come from diverse perspectives and are proud to cultivate an inclusive, high-performance culture that inspires growth, accountability, and excellence. Backed by leading investors like Google Ventures and Menlo Ventures, and trusted by industry leaders including Travelers, State Farm, and Nationwide — we’re redefining how people understand and interact with their spaces.

Hover is looking for a strategic, disciplined, and outcomes-driven Accounts Lead to accelerate growth across our Private Equity segment.

This is not a traditional enterprise sales role. You'll operate at the intersection of executive engagement, go-to-market strategy, and revenue growth—partnering with Private Equity firms, portfolio company leadership teams, and Hover executives to drive meaningful business outcomes.

You bring a track record of success navigating complex enterprise environments, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and leading multi-threaded sales motions that create long-term value. You're comfortable operating with ambiguity, influencing without authority, and translating strategic vision into measurable execution.

Most importantly, you're energized by the opportunity to help shape a growing business. You'll play a critical role in defining Hover's approach to the Private Equity market while helping customers modernize and scale through technology.

As an Accounts Lead focused on Private Equity, you'll lead growth across a highly strategic segment of Hover's business.

You'll develop and expand relationships with Private Equity firms, operating partners, and portfolio company executives while driving revenue growth through expansion, retention, and strategic account development.

You'll operate at the forefront of Hover's go-to-market strategy—collaborating closely with Product, Sales Leadership, Customer Success, and Executive stakeholders to identify opportunities, solve complex customer challenges, and influence strategic direction.

Success in this role requires executive presence, operational discipline, and a consultative approach to selling. You'll be expected to understand complex customer ecosystems, uncover business priorities, and align Hover's platform with the outcomes that matter most to senior decision-makers.
